Due to the nature of the products, we cannot accept returns. Once the products leave our lab they cannot be returned. We must discard all returned products; we cannot resell them even if they are unopened.
There’s no limit to the number of products you can include in your autoship order. You can add as many products as you like and customize your auto shipments to meet your specific needs.
Yes, you can update your payment method for autoshipments at any time from your account settings. Just make sure to do so before your next auto shipment is processed to ensure a smooth transaction.
If your payment method fails for an autoshipment, we’ll notify you via email and attempt to process the payment again. You can update your payment method at any time to prevent any disruptions to your auto shipments.
Currently, auto shipments are only available for delivery within the continental United States. We’re working on expanding our autoship program to include international delivery in the future.
